Originally built in the early 1800’s in Worcester, MA, this historic home was moved piece by piece to Harrisville, NH in the early 1900’s. Learn more about its fascinating history at the Aldworth Manor website.
Travel & Accommodations
Travel
If you’re flying to the area, Boston (BOS) or Manchester (MHT) will be your best bets. Boston has tons of flights each day, and is about 2 hours away. Manchester has more limited flight options but is only an hour away.
Accommodations
Approximately half of our guests (you know who you are) will be staying on site at Aldworth Manor. For those of you we are unable to house there, we have made a room block at the Best Western Plus in Keene, NH. To take advantage of the reduced rates, please call the hotel (603-357-3038) and mention the Kirkpatrick Clark Wedding.
You are welcome to look for other hotel accommodations in Keene, but please tell us where you are staying so we can ensure the shuttle is there to pick you up Saturday afternoon.
Transportation
A shuttle is available to pick guests up from hotels in Keene prior to the ceremony and return them after the reception ends. There will also be another loop done after dinner and first dances for any guests that wish to retire early.
Parking will also be available on site for guests that are staying elsewhere or don’t plan on drinking.
Things to Do
Keene
Keene is an adorable little college town with lots to see and do on the weekend. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast spot, check out The Works (they have Kalli’s favorite bagels). For something more brunchy (or for an early dinner Friday night) try The Stage Restaurant. During the day, go for a walk down town, there are tons of cute shops.
Fun fact: the beginning of Jumanji (1995) was filmed in Keene!
Harrisville
The Harrisville General store will be your best bet for food. Alternatively, you can drive to nearby Peterborough for a bite at Harlow’s Pub or The Waterhouse.
Monadnock Region
Be sure to pack a bathing suit and your hiking shoes as there are tons of lakes for swimming and mountains for hiking. Silver Lake State Park has a public beach that’s worth checking out if you’re craving a quick dip. If you’d rather go for a hike, Monadnock State Park is also nearby and home to 3,165ft Mount Monadnock, or the grounds of Aldworth Manor have miles of walking trails covering their 170 acres of land. This is Brett,
our officiant.
He’s been friends with Kevin since forever. Brett and his dog, Barbara, are currently in Vet school at Virginia Tech. He has never officiated a wedding before, wish him luck.
Maid of Honor
This is Caraline.
She’s been friends with Kalli since college. She lives and works in Boston and adores her cat, Leonard. She also has two horses named Indy and Mable.
Best Man
This is Tom.
He is Kevin’s brother. He lives in San Fransisco with his wife, Anna, and new puppy Cliff. His favorite thing to do is go on fishing trips.
The bridesmaids
Anna Papush
Soon-to-be sister-in-law. Loves to travel, has a new puppy named Cliff.
Erica Haines
Pre-school bestie. Step sister. She collects vintage, art, and has a pampered cat named Dexter.
Mary Haines
Step sister and professional cook. Her birthday is August 30th.
Jillian Luetje
Half sister. High schooler. She skis and plays field hockey. She’s cool I guess.
Genevieve Luetje
Half sister. Likes video games. Her 14th birthday is August 31st.

Lives in Sweden, is a new dad, founder of Sweden’s premier farm-to-table establishment.

Has been around since elementary school. Lives in NYC and is obsessed with soccer.

Friend from elementary school. Lives in Boston and is eagerly awaiting the next championship parade.

College roommate. Lives in Oakland, CA. Has a hippo of a dog named Sully.
FAQs
White party? Dressy casual attire? What does this mean and what do I wear?
For a white party guests are encouraged to wear white, beige, light khaki or other light colored neutrals. White-based patterns are good too!
Dressy casual attire splits the difference between business casual and cocktail attire. Think summer dresses, khakis, white or beige trousers or slacks, a button down shirt with or without a tie, or a polo.
What does black tie optional / garden party formal mean?
“Black tie optional” and “formal” mean pretty much the same thing- floor length gowns or formal maxi or midi dresses are encouraged. If you’re more of a pants person, formal jumpsuits, tuxedos or suits are great.
“Garden party” really just means have fun with it and wear color. Experiment with bold colors, fun prints, or exciting textures, the sky is the limit! Embrace a little fashion forward moment. This is your red carpet!
